Welcome to your safe space in North Walsham and beyond! We’re a group of women who believe in the power of sharing, listening, and lifting each other up—no matter what life stage you’re in.
Why We Exist
Every woman deserves a circle where she can be heard, helped and hugged (literally or metaphorically). In a world that often asks us to do everything alone, we’re creating a different way – together.
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re navigating it alone. Whether you’re:
- Seeking menopause support or parenting advice
- Stuck in a “what’s for dinner?” rut
- Craving real conversation (and maybe a biscuit or two)
- Just needing to get out of the house and connect
…we’re here for you. No judgment, no pressure—just warmth, wisdom, and the occasional giggle.
Who We Welcome
Our doors are open to all women aged 18 and up – the more varied our group, the richer our conversations become!
You might be a young professional new to the area, a mum navigating the school run years, someone experiencing life changes, or a retiree looking to stay socially active.
Perhaps you’re simply someone who appreciates good company over a cup of tea. Wherever you’re at in life’s journey, you’ll find kindred spirits here. There are no forms to fill, no membership fees – just turn up as you are.

We’ll have the kettle on and a friendly face ready to welcome you! Here’s what to expect:
Walk in anytime during our sessions – no need to call ahead
Sit wherever you like – we keep things relaxed and informal
Meet one of our the comitte members (they wear the pink lanyards) who’ll help you settle in
Join an activity or simply chat – whatever feels right for you
We meet:
Every other Wednesday of the month from 1:30pm- 15:30pm
At: Black Swan Loke, North Walsham NR28 9BX
(Wheelchair accessible • Free parking behind building)
